IEM is a new model of electronics manufacturing where printed circuit fabrication and assembly are no longer separate steps. Instead, both disciplines are fused into a single integrated process, enabling embedded components, solderless assembly (OCCAM), and high-performance system integration that traditional PCB+EMS workflows cannot achieve.
